From Boston:

1. Take I-93 S/RT-3 S/US-1 S
2. Bear left at RT-3 S and head toward Braintree/Cape Cod
3. Go 8.3 miles on RT-3 South
4. Take the RT-228 exit 14 to Rockland / Nantasket
5. Bear right onto the Hingham St at end of ramp to Rockland
6. Go 0.2 miles
7. Turn right at Commerce Rd - go 100 meters, MIJA is on your left
